We highly recommend the 12-week year planning approach introduced in the book "The 12-Week Year" by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington. After reading the book, we were inspired to create a Notion template that could allow you to plan your goals in 12-week cycles! Each week acts as a "month" so that you can accelerate your yearly planning into 12 weeks! This allows you to feel a greater push to progress in your goals! Vision & Planning Workbook: We recommend everyone to start with this workbook. It provides an opportunity to start thinking about your vision for the next 12 weeks and plan your goals. Goals: The goals database features a template inside where you can plan and reflect on your goals. There are also tasks inside each goal so you can plan out what you need to accomplish every week! Weekly Plans: Weekly plans are pre-made for you in this database. There are 12 weekly plans and one bonus week in case you need an extra week to finish your progress. Each weekly plan comes with a special planning section and a reflection section. It also includes the tasks you need to complete each week! Tasks: Your tasks are connected to both your goals and your weekly plans. You can easily see which tasks you need to complete! Final Reflection Page: The final reflection page is an opportunity to reflect on your 12-week journey! We included dedicated prompts and a place to give yourself an overall score based on your weekly progress. Easy Navigation: Each page outside of the main page has a button returning to the main page. We also included a handy table of contents so that you can easily navigate to the part of the page you need! Progress Bars: Goals and weekly plans come with a progress bar visible on the outside.
