Designed for returning clients, this treatment allows us to continue building on previous work while giving deeper attention to areas that need more time and care. With a full two hours available, we can explore patterns held in the tissues, unwind deeper layers of tension, and support the body’s natural movement toward balance. Sessions are guided by what your body is asking for in the moment. Techniques may include therapeutic massage, myofascial work, lymphatic support, or other supportive modalities depending on your needs. This extended session provides space for both focused therapeutic work and deep relaxation, allowing the nervous system to settle while the body receives the time it often needs to fully release tension. Many clients find this length of treatment ideal for maintaining progress, addressing more complex patterns, or simply allowing themselves a longer window of restorative care.
