These are wonderfully clear strong shelf brackets. They are 3/4" x 3/4" by the length that you need. These come with two countersunk holes for a #6 screw that is not supplied. The reason for that is the kind and length of screw that you would use depends on what material you are fastening this bracket to. They come 4 to a set. One for the top and bottom of both sides of the shelf. This is to make sure that if you put something on the edge of the shelf, the shelf does not flip out and fall to the ground. This set of brackets can hold up to 50 lbs without a problem. Of course it depends on how what the substrate is that you are fastening the bracket to. We make shelves for these brackets out of 1/2", 3/4" or 1.00" all the time. Especially garden window shelves. The price listed is for a pair of "L" brackets and a set of 4 straight brackets.
