The package includes a 360 Strength Trap Bar with 28mm sleeves and 108kg of iron weight plates, along with a pair of 360 Strength spring collars. 360 Strength 28mm Standard Trap Bar The Standard Hex Trap Bar from 360 Strength is a great alternative to the standard 7 foot bar, and suitable for use with all standard plates with a centre hole diameter larger than 28mm. Rated to 300kg, this bar features a durable hexagonal frame welded from 1.5” square steel tubing powdercoated in a matte black finish, and 28mm steel sleeves plated in a silver hard chrome. The bar is is a hexagon-shape that you stand in the middle of and grip the handles laterally. Due to this, it has the ability to reduce stress on the lumbar spine whilst still allowing you to develop lower body power. This means you will be able to drive more weight off the floor with your hips and legs in a more upright position, without the strength of your back coming into question. The dual height neutral grip handles offer two height options for added versatility. The hex bar (also known as a trap bar) is also great for beginners and rehabilitation as it allows the user to focus on their range of motion or gradually develop a deadlift program without putting as much pressure on the lower back.
