Sunset Pergolas offer the perfect combination of quality, beauty and affordability. The all-vinyl exterior is elegant and virtually maintenance-free, and the aluminum frame is both structurally strong and rust-proof. Heavy-Duty Aluminum Frame Sunset Pergolas are built to last - and to stay beautiful - for decades. The sturdy aluminum frame ensures that your pergola will not sag, bow, bend, break or rust over time. The half-inch thick welded post base and stainless steel fasteners will hold your pergola securely in place, even in extreme weather conditions. The posts (columns) can easily be trimmed to your preferred height and attached to virtually any surface (deck, concrete slab, pillar or footing). Premium Vinyl Exterior With such quality on the inside, do you think we would skimp on the outside? Absolutely not! The exterior of every piece (the posts, beams, rafters and shade purlins… everything!) is made of premium extruded vinyl that is as beautiful as it is durable. Anyone who has ever had both a vinyl fence and a wooden fence knows how much easier it is to clean and maintain vinyl. Our pergolas are virtually maintenance-free and are guaranteed to never chalk, pit, discolor or become brittle. Sunset Pergolas are manufactured right here in the USA and are protected by a lifetime warranty. Order a free sample or read more about our high-quality materials. Like the Look, But More Than You Were Planning to Spend?Modern pergolas (like the one featured on this page) typically cost 20-40% more than our traditional pergolas of the exact same dimensions. But what if you just like the contemporary look of our modern pergolas better? You may want to consider our hybrid pergola option (as shown in the picture to the left), which is essentially a traditional pergola customized and installed to look a lot more like a modern pergola (with no overhangs and more clean, squared-off corners). To get this hybrid pergola look, just order a 20-40% lower-cost traditional pergola, select Flat beam/rafter end caps, and install the posts so they are flush with the outside edges of the beams and rafters (rather than 12" in from the beam/rafter edges, resulting in no overhangs).
