Sometimes referred to as a designer brush, da Vinci Maestro 1301 Flats are a very popular brush for their precise, controlled brush strokes, detail work, illustration, and restorat ion. Each brush is made with Siberian Kolinsky red sable hair and features a rust resistant silver ferrule and a short black polished esagonal handle. Excellent for watercolors, gouache, illustration, animation and rendering. Brushes are handmade in Germany at the da Vinci family owned factory since 1890. From Size 12 up, the Series 10, 11 and 35 are packaged in a special gift box which includes pure soap for the care of these brushes. Show more
