These breakers are tested for continuity “Resistance” in Ohms twice! A surprising amount of breakers show signs of problems during our tests. For this reason we recycle about 5% of all breakers because they don't meet our standards and shouldn't be sold. Our testing is different than most Ebay Sellers as we Specialize in Circuit Breakers! (See our listings!) Most of these breakers were under load but never tested to see if they can Handle a load for an extended period. We do Promise though that we test these breakers to the best of our ability. We have eliminated Thousands of breakers from ever getting out.
