In this Online Course you will learn Master Artisa n techniques to create a French Panel, where we used a salvaged wood table leaf or you can use another medium. The finished Panel evokes the ambiance found in an old French Chateau or a Chic Parisian apartment. In this workshop, you learn how to: Create a dimensional background using a piece of lace or a stencil with drywall compound. Make three dimensional moulds using the Iron Orchid Designs moulds Design and create an ornamental border with Air Dry Paper Clay Use Iron Orchid Designs stamps to create dimension for the vintage French Panel. Use colour blending, colour washing, and frottage with Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan. Distressing and aging techniques to give your French Panel a time worn patina. Antiquing techniques with Clear & Dark Wax. Apply Gilding Wax to enhance the plaster moulds.
