Production Process Agave Source: Estate-grown Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco. Fermentation: The agave mash is fermented using field-extracted, wild yeast, contributing to the tequila's distinctive flavor profile. Aging: Aged for 10 months in American white oak bourbon barrels, imparting subtle complexity to the spirit. Tasting Notes Appearance: Very pale straw color.
