100% Malvasia (Malmsey) from São Jorge, North coast, planted in soils volcanic soils, derived mainly from basalt, trachytes, tufa, slag and conglomerates. Aged in a “canteiro” syst em, in 650 L casks at room temperature until the month of bottling. Residual sugar 135g/l. Only 2022 bottles produced.
