Producer The Domaine itself is relatively young, first established in the early 2000s when Sebastion Christophe inherited the vineyards and winery in Fye, located across the river from the town of Chablis. It sits on a steep hill overlooking the famous Grand Cru sites of Les Clos, Blanchots, and Montee de Tonnerre. Over the years, Sebastion has also acquired additional vineyards throughout the region to expand his range. The wines are widely respected in the industry but can be challenging to find due to high demand. Expect elegant, pure and refined examples of Chablis worthy of any collection. Tasting Note Mouth-watering crystalline acidity with notes of green apples, citrus, salinity and crushed shells all intertwined perfectly.
