This set up can provide a 15:1 purchase system which makes adjusting your kicker nice and easy, even on the breezier days. This metal base unit contains a number of pulleys, a fairlead and a swivelling cleat to make adjusting your ILCA kicker very easy. This base unit attaches to your ILCA lower mast with a pin and ring or the optional Rooster Quick release pin.
