Vintage La Rose Fashion and design have been passions of hers for as long as she can remember. At 12, she traveled to New York on a buying trip with her godmother, who was the Director of Buying for an upscale department store—and from that moment, she was hooked. Her path began with a fashion degree from LSU and has taken her across the country and back, from Dallas to Los Angeles to Austin, and now home in Atlanta.While in Los Angeles, she assisted a fashion designer with her lookbook and saw an opportunity to elevate the collection with accessories. Inspired by the popularity of Carrie Bradshaw’s flower pins, she created flower chokers to complement the designs and soon began selling them to Los Angeles boutiques.On her 30th birthday, her mother gifted her a cherished family heirloom—her grandmother’s antique locket, Lena La Rose—which sparked her love for all things antique and vintage. She began incorporating lockets and vintage metals into her designs, adding “Vintage” to La Rose. While her collection has since evolved to include diamonds and gemstones, she still deeply cherishes her collection of lockets and medals.She is also the owner of a “Best of Atlanta” women’s boutique in Atlanta, appropriately named Lena Larose. She is grateful to be doing what she loves while helping women feel their best.
