As one of our rough Opals was being polished, a triangular honeycomb-like pattern began to emerge. We decided to cut the Opal in the shape of a triangle to complement that rare pat tern and the final result is this beautiful gem. This stone's body color is a warm blue-green (mint) and has a gorgeous play of color that rolls across the "honeycomb" pattern creating a kaleidoscope of hues - red, green, yellow, orange, and blue - shimmer and radiate as light reflects upon it.
