Mix the Kraft Sand with the Matte Medium in approximately equal parts to form a paste, and build it up with a spatula or your fingers. It will dry and set in about 1 day. The matt medium can be diluted with 30-50% water without any problem in terms of strength. If it is diluted too much, it will not adhere well. . When dry, it is water resistant and strong enough.
