These breakers are tested for continuity ?Resistance? in Ohms twice! A surprising amount of breakers show signs of problems during our tests. For this reason we recycle about 5% of all breakers because they don't meet our standards and shouldn't be sold. Our testing is different than most Ebay Sellers as we Specialize in Circuit Breakers!
