Michael di Cosola This mid to late 20th century abstracted figurative graphite and pastel drawing is by Abstract Surrealist San Francisco artist Michael di Cosola (1929-2010). Di C osola studied at the Chicago Art Institute before moving to the Bay Area to study at the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland. He had a studio in North Beach during the height of the neighborhood's art scene and exhibited at several Bay Area art galleries in the 1960s. Di Cosola is known for psychedelic, Surrealist portraiture and abstractions. Mid to Late 20th Century Graphite and Pastel on Paper 19"x12" unframed Good vintage condition. Show more
