Stability Evaluation of Fully Premixed Multiplex Probe Assays Fully premixed multiplex primers and probes combined with Yeasen Cat#16913 were incubated at 37°C for 5 days and 25°C for 12 days. The –20°C mix served as a reference. Performance remained consistent across all tested conditions, indicating robust stability suitable for long-term premixed storage. 2. HPIV and RSV pseudovirus templates (1 copy/μL) were tested using a 25 μL respiratory assay. The 16913ES mix premixed with primers and probes was stored at 37 °C for 5 days and compared with –20 °C and freshly prepared controls. The amplification curves, fluorescence signals, Ct values, and detection rates showed no noticeable changes, confirming the strong stability and sensitivity of the fully premixed 16913ES. 3.
