Adams) regarding the proposed construction of a storage dam, with commentary on local availabilit y of necessary materials, laying out the tests undertaken, and providing estimates of costs for construction and maintenance. Includes three photographs of concrete samples and fourteen fold-out charts. It is interesting to note that the Mount Morris Dam was not constructed until 1952. A serious flood occurred in 1913, which may have been prevented if the dam described in the report had been constructed earlier.
