Distilled at the historic Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky—known as the Bourbon Capital of the World—our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was emptied from the finest charred American White Oak casks after many years of aging. Once refilled in carefully selected Cognac casks, it was left to mature in the upper parts of the rickhouse to encourage interaction between the bourbon whiskey and the secondary cask.
