Rum Malecon 'Reserva Imperial' 18 Year Old is handcrafted by the traditional Cuban method with the finest ingredients by legendary Maestro Ronero Francisco “Don Pancho” Fernandez, this premium rum is made from hand-cut sugarcane rendered into top-grade molasses and allowed to ferment slowly using naturally occurring yeast. The fermented wash is then distilled in copper column stills built nearly a century ago. The rum is then transferred into re-charred American white oak barrels for maturation. Rum Malecon 'Reserva Imperial' 18 Year Old is genuinely aged (as opposed to solera aged) so each drop is aged as is indicated on the label. Show more
