Bigger than our Small Skull, the Medium Skull will add extra detail to th e lair of any necromancer, shaman or warlock or you can carry it with you as a terrifying trinket to incite horror in your enemies. It may also be just the thing, if you are customizing your armor to give it a more ruinous feel. Hand-painted and sculpted with intricate detail, this item looks realistic right down to the individually shaded teeth. Made from durable but very hard closed cell foam and finished with a strong paint coating, this item is well suited as a piece of decoration. Please note: This is not a throwing weapon!
