Inventory #: A1219-239 This unusual ring was most likely made in the 1920's of 18 karat gold. The center of the rings' top, with diamonds and the burmese ruby, was made in the 1880 's, and then used later to adorn this wonderful ring. The old-mine cut diamonds total .80 carats (G-J color, SI1-VS clarity), and the pointed Burmese Ruby cabochon weighs 1.25 carats. The top of the ring measures about 3/4 of an inch across. Show more
