Joe Jefferies has a reputation for crafting some of the most captivating wines in the area, drawing inspiration from basaltic soils to add a unique stamp on his wines. Blending from two years - 20% Grenache Gris, Blanc & Noir from the 2019 vintage, harmoniously co-fermented with Grenache Gris, Noir & Cinsault from the 2020 harvest, following a 6-day maceration.
