Ensure matching cables are used and pay attention to the B- and P- marks. When welding sampling wire cables, do not insert them into the BMS initially. Connect the cable starting from the total negative B-. The second wire (red) connects to the positive of the first battery string. Continue connecting each positive terminal sequentially until reaching the total positive B+. After connecting, measure voltage between adjacent metal terminals on the plug. Verify battery type and ensure correct voltage before proceeding. Connect the BMS B-line (blue thick line) to the total battery negative (B-line length should not exceed 40cm). Insert the wire cable into the BMS. Post-Connection Verification Check if the voltage between B+ and B- is equal to that of B+ and P-. If equal, the BMS is operational. If not, review the wiring sequence. Ensure the charging and discharging positive electrodes are connected to B+, and according to BMS type, connect the negative electrodes appropriately to P- or C-.
