Not only is it a test meter but it is presented in a beautiful red and black bakelite casing! Although it has the original transit case, you will want to have this beautiful instrument on display. The unit has not been tested and is being sold as a collectible, for display only. It is in excellent cosmetic condition, with some dust in the meter window and superficial surface scratches commensurate with age and use.
