Fox r eceived his BFA, MA and MFA from California State University, Fullerton. He was inspired by the ever-changing landscapes of Los Angeles and his work is in the permanent collections of the Long Beach Museum of Art and the Carnegie Museum of Art. 1960s Serigraph on Paper 35"x23" unframed Signed, titled and editioned at the bottom.
