What a beauty! This lovely metallic brocade is just wonderful! There is a depth and richness to the silk that you just don't get the full impact of till you see it in person - even the backdrop of black has a hint of the gold thread running through it giving it another dimension and subtle glint. The flower design looks 3D in person and there is a slight raise to some of the design but it is more caused by a clever sense of tone and texture used int he design. The design run rampant over the entire dress starting just below the scooped neck to the hem. I love how the design gets more intense as it nears the hem and it does the same on the sleeves. A belt allows you to cinch in the waist and give it shape if you wish or you can wear it like a shift Lovely and in excellent, appears unworn condition!Fully lined in a black silky rayon and closes with a back painted metal zipper.
