On the 1965-1968 full size GM cars the entire convertible top frame is mounted on a large bracket on each side of the car in the back, the convertible top frame pivots on this brac ket. This is the bracket that the hydraulic lift cylinder mounts to also, it has the threaded holes for the special lift cylinder shoulder bolts. If you are restoring an original car or converting a hard top car to convertible this will be the first part you need. This part fits 1965-1968 full size Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and Pontiac convertible cars.
