It somehow works really well with the blackened indexes and the silvered dial, which would be perfect if not for a small spot near the center. The case shows signs of previous polishing on the lugs, but nothing crazy. And while the 1600 did lose its original bracelet over the past 50 years, it looks pretty neat on any strap.
