A super rare model from the OMI days of Dobro! Killer 1970s OMI-era Dobro, but with 12 strings! This example features a spider bridge, as well as the rose engraving on the front an d back synonymous with this period. Serial number on the headstock indicates this to have been manufactured in 1974. Confusingly however, this examples serial indicates a wood body as opposed to brass. This gives two potential explanations: a factory mixup, or a neck added to the body. The body on this example however appears period correct for the model, adding to the mystery. Cosmetic condition is reasonable with various minor imperfections and dings in the brass throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes a hardcase. Show more
