In recent years, the desirability of Japanese-made classical instruments from the '60s through to the '80s has risen, and this particular example really shows why. Dated to Novembe r 30th 1976, the C128 was manufactured as one of the more cost-effective examples in Takamine' catalogue. This example has a beautifully warm and rounded tone. By no means the most dynamic example, this guitar really springs to life when picking closer to the neck. For an instrument of its age, it is in exceptional condition.
