The Tulsa Roughnecks played at Skelly Stadium from 1977 to 1985 before eventually folding in 1985. Even though the Tulsa Roughnecks were a strong team in the 1980 season, it wasn't enough to keep the red and white in Tulsa. With players like Darryl Wallace & Tibor Molnar donning the red and white in Tulsa, the Tulsa Roughnecks should have been able to fill seats. The reality however was much different and with low attendance, the Tulsa Roughnecks soon folded and became no more.
