If one super clean late '70s Stratocaster wasn't enough, we've got two! This particular example dates to 1978, and is finished in the most appropriately '70s finish, natural! Featuring a two-piece ash body, this example has all the typical late '70s trimmings, and in excellent condition to boot! Everything appears all original, and period correct down to the flat-pole pickups, and 5 way selector switch which was introduced circa 1976. Cosmetically this example is nice and clean, with only a handful of minor dings and scratches throughout. Neck is appropriate for the period, skirting the line between a C and U shape. Pickups are fairly low wound as typical for the period, which we think really makes these dynamically and rich and musical sounding. Playability is lovely, with this example not being too heavy to round it out! A great example that really highlights the best elements of these late '70s instruments. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes the original hard shell case.
