A group portrait of the Royal Northwest Mounted Police (RNWMP) in dress uniform on the front stairs of the Commissioner's Residence. Standing in front of the officers are members o f the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire (IODE) Identified in the photo are: Martha Louise Black, front row third from left; and Ned Telford, fourth row first on the left holding a walking stick.
