Produced by Menghai Tea Factory in Yunnan and released under the Ji Xing (吉幸) brand, this tea represents an important era of Pu-erh history. During the early 1990s, Ji Xing was a recognized export brand, with many of its Pu-erh teas reaching collectors and tea drinkers around the world. This particular tea has spent its entire storage period in Vancouver, Canada under complete dry-storage conditions.
