Re-Designed and Improved heavy-duty Ducati ST2 Regulator Rectifier has a higher power handling ability than the original OEM part. This regulator rectifier runs at a lower temperat ure than the OE regulator rectifier, which will give more controlled voltage output at all RPMs! Many older Ducati's have poor wire connections in the wiring harness. This particular regulator rectifier is designed to have output wires that are connected directly to the battery terminals. For a battery direct connect part check out the R510 regulator rectifier, it is just like this one but it has an inline fuse and eyelet terminals to hook directly to the battery.
