1Coaching is a private 1-on-1 session with a semi-professional licensed coach. The sessions are designed around developing player skills in certain scenarios that they will be involved on the game day. These sessions will help the individual to improve their technical abilities & skills as well as helping them making better footballing decisions. Location: TBA based on individual player travel circumstances Duration: 90 minutes Players: need to bring the right gear to training incl. football boots, black training top, shorts & football socks. Bottle of water and a training towel. Also, warm jacket is an essential during the football season. IMPORTANT: Before any session takes place, the assigned coach will need to watch the player live in a game. At this moment these sessions only take place in Canberra, ACT.
