Grown at an altitude of over 1000 masl, the farm has a favorable, unique microclimate with consistent humidity. This humidity and soil in which the trees grow, enhance the flavour of the beans. Complimenting this variety of bean is a pure Columbian bean, which lends its rich, full bodied taste notes of dark chocolate, citrus and blackcurrant.
