Lots! Roll it, press it, fill it—from soft tortillas and quesadillas to tamales and sopes. Quick Tip: 1kg of this masa will press into around 16–20 standard home-pressed tortillas (approx. 800g). Order by Thursday at noon. Storing and using masa: Keep refrigerated as soon as you receive it. To use it, set 1/4 aside. Knead the other 3/4 with a splash of water until soft and malleable so you can't see cracking when pressed (if it does, it needs more water) or becomes sticky ( if it is, then it is too wet so add more masa).
