What makes this Side Mount different? The Post Driver/Side Mount unit is attached with a set of forks on the tractor that enables the user to pick up the Post Driver/Side Mount fro m either side or the rear of the machine. When in any of these three positions the Side Mount still has the ability to hydraulically extend the Post Driver 1m. Key Features: Enables the repositioning of the Post Driver in a safer manner Quick and simple to reposition the Post Driver and Side Mount as one unit from right hand side, to rear-mount, or to left hand side to gain greater stability when working in steep terrain/ hill country 1m of travel in all three positions Convenient for jobs such as yards and awkward spots where space/access is limited Fast and easy to reposition (changing over requires machine to be on flat ground) Large tool box and multiple tool carriers i.e. spade, hand rammer and reeling/wire jennies. Auger holder on the HD Model Low counter weight which reduces wear and tear on your tractor draft arms. It also lowers the centre of gravity to help gain stability High quality screw-end Ram When you are purchasing a HD (Contractors) Post Driver your Side Mount will come as a HD model. The HD Side Mounts are made out of larger profile steel with larger wall thickness. The HD Side Mounts are 40kg heavier than the MD models.
