The 16IR A60 carbide insert features a triangular shape, and cuts a 60 degree thread. Cuts a pitch range of 0.5mm-3mm. Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is an exceptionally hard materi al, ideal for cutting aluminium, abrasive composites, titanium and most super-alloys. This insert has a single brazed PCD tip, with 2 other non-brazed carbide tips.
