Both wheels are functional on this piece and the cart moves when pulled. This item is in good vintage condition with the usual amount of damage expected to a tin toy of this age. There are scratches and general fading throughout, but is in overall very good shape. There is a small amount of rusting as well. All four sides of the wagon and the wheels have painted images of various Easter scenes. Such a fun and unique piece to display and play with during the Easter season.
