This English style two handled earthenware drinking pot is glazed in black. The multi-handled cup is a common style of the 17th century. Archaeological digs of the period have turn ed up many examples. Handmade by a member of our Interpretative Artisans Program in the Crafts Center here at Plimoth Patuxet, each is slightly different.
