Inspired by the Steakhouses of Brazil but produced right here on our farm in Co Antrim, the Picanha (pick-ahn-yeh) is becoming increasing "Trendy" in the UK & Ireland. Less familia r than Sirloin or Fillet however we're confident you won't be disappointed with these quirky steaks which can also be diced for kababs. Picanha is the capping muscle over the Sirloin/Rump area.
