Muramatsu Flute "M-40" This is a vintage nickel-silver flute manufactured prior to 1972, before the logo was engraved on the headjoint. The headjoint is made of silver, while the r est of the instrument is made of nickel silver; it is equivalent to the current entry-level model, the "EX." It remains in excellent condition considering its age. Since arriving at our shop, we have replaced all pads, performed a full disassembly and cleaning, polished the headjoint, replaced the head cork, and performed a full adjustment, so it is still ready for use.
