The George Benson Signature Model, a legendary full-acoustic guitar that has been in production for over 30 years. Based on the serial number, this one was manufactured in 1984. Th e compact body makes it easy to handle and was specifically designed to help suppress feedback. Its compact size combines moderate body resonance with crisp clarity, producing a sound that extends beyond jazz to suit funk and cutting styles as well. There are numerous cracks on both sides of the body binding, and there is paint peeling, cracking, and signs of touch-up around the neck joint and jack area. There are dents accompanied by paint cracks on the lower part of the body top and near the pickups, and the parts show signs of tarnish, rust, and worn plating. In addition, there are minor scratches and small dents throughout the instrument.
