The fat content with this ground beef is 30% to ensure enough f at intake for satiety and energy. Fill your freezer: $9.50/lb Same price as the grocery store at 3x the quality. Our ground beef has mouth-watering flavour, and even though this product contains higher fat content, it still results in a pan that *does not* need to be drained. Actually, you will want to add some cooking oil to your pan before frying.
