YTT 200-Hour Newton Yoga and Posture Teacher Training This is a complete transmission of knowledge. The 200-Hour Body Alignment Yoga Teacher Training is one of the most unique, posture focused and specialist yoga teacher training programmes available in England today. You will not sit in a room with twenty strangers following a generic curriculum. This training is private, intimate and completely tailored to you - delivered by Tatiana Newton, Body Alignment Yoga Teacher, Posture Correction Expert and Somatic Bodywork Specialist, with 14 years of teaching experience and a foundation built on years of intensive study at one of the world's most respected yoga institutes. Training Details: 200 hours total 2 hours per session - once or twice per week Flexible scheduling designed entirely around your life and commitments Location: Newton Yoga and Posture Home Studio, North Shields Investment: £5000 Maximum 2-3 students at any one time Upon successful completion you will receive the 200-Hour Body Alignment Yoga Teacher Certificate, issued and signed by Tatiana Newton. Students wishing to additionally register with Yoga Alliance or Yoga Alliance Professionals may do so independently using this certificate as evidence of their training hours. Teacher Training Terms & Conditions 1. Investment & Payment The investment for the 200-Hour Newton Yoga and Posture Teacher Training is £5,000. Enrolment is for the complete programme of 200 training hours / 100 sessions and is not pay-as-you-go. A £500 non-refundable deposit secures the trainee’s place and forms part of the £5,000 investment. A payment plan is available by prior agreement: £500 — deposit to secure the place£2,000 — payable before training begins£2,500 — payable after 25 sessions and before session 26 All agreed payment dates are fixed. Trainee cancellations, absences or requests to reschedule do not postpone payment obligations unless agreed otherwise in writing by Newton Yoga and Posture. 2. Private Training & Reserved Capacity The programme is delivered on an exclusive one-to-one basis, with only one trainee accepted at a time. Once a place is confirmed, teaching capacity is reserved specifically for that trainee and individual planning, preparation and programme delivery commence. 3. Withdrawal & Refunds Subject to applicable statutory rights, payments made are non-refundable. A change of mind or voluntary withdrawal after training has commenced does not create an entitlement to a refund. Amounts retained may reflect training already delivered, preparation, administration, mentoring, assessment and losses arising from teaching capacity reserved exclusively for the trainee. Where an applicable statutory cancellation period exists, training will not commence during that period unless the trainee expressly requests an earlier start. Where such a request is made, payment remains due for services supplied before cancellation. 4. Sessions, Attendance & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a scheduled session. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, is forfeited and non-refundable. Where a replacement session is required in order to complete the mandatory 200 training hours, that additional session may be charged separately. Repeated cancellation or postponement does not extend agreed payment deadlines. 5. Non-Payment & Suspension If any payment is not received by its agreed due date, all further teaching, mentoring and assessment will be suspended immediately until payment is received. Under the payment plan, session 26 will not take place until the outstanding £2,500 has been paid in full. 6. Completion & Certification Certification will be issued only when all 200 training hours, assessments and programme requirements have been satisfactorily completed and the full £5,000 investment has been paid. Payment alone does not guarantee certification. 7. Cancellation by Newton Yoga and Posture If Newton Yoga and Posture is unable to provide paid training, the affected training will be rearranged where reasonably possible. If this is not possible, only the appropriate paid but undelivered portion will be refunded. 8. Acceptance By paying the deposit or any programme payment, the trainee confirms that they have read and accepted these Teacher Training Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
