Size IT 52 (slim); men's fitted L or regular M. MIU MIU men's tailored jacket from S/S 2003. Made in Italy.In excellent used condition with minor signs of wear. This rare jacket wa s part of the opening look of Miu Miu men's S/S 2003 runway presentation, and appeared prominently in the seasonal campaign shot by Mario Testino. Its refined proportions and iconic 1970s-inspired features set it apart from convention. In our opinion, Miu Miu's synthetic tailoring is one of the label's finest moments. The piece is crafted from medium-weight 100% polyester in a classic flat weave. Its smooth texture feels similar to wool but it has a firmer, more robust structure and a matte surface. The proportions are impeccable: A high two-button stance, medium notch lapels and elongated sleeves with single-button cuffs. Pronounced hand-stitching decorates parts of the garment, including its double-vented back. The interior has two ornately constructed pockets and is fully lined in viscose satin. Overall, this jacket is one of our favourite pieces from the archive, and a terrific example of contemporary tailoring. Show more
